After a rather unsuccessful roadtrip centered around chasing the famous tulip fields in Holland - none of them had bloomed yet - we made one last hopeful stop at the Keukenhof Botanical gardens, just outside of Amsterdam.

Luckily for us, that stop proved to be a great choice. Tulips and a range of other beautiful colorful flowers were out on display.
